Job Placement!

  Candidate must be 18-21 years old
  Social Security Card
  State / Government Issued ID card / Driver’s License
• Income
  Public Assistance Records (Provide one of these)
  > Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
  > formerly known as Food Stamps
  Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)
  Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  > Provide a current award letter including monthly issued amount
  Unemployment Insurance (UI)

Pay Stubs – Provide the most current pay stubs for household
